Gibt es etwas wertvolleres als "eine gute Zeit" ? Vermutlich nicht. Hamburg als meinen Heimatort verbinde ich mit einer guten Zeit. - mit Stil, Eleganz und Historie. Damals dachte ich, Uhren kommen immer aus der Schweiz oder möglicherweise auch aus dem Süden der Republik. Ich wusste nicht, dass meine Heimat auch eine herausragende Uhren-Historie auf Grund der maritimen Vergangenheit hat. Und so ist es möglicherweise gar kein Zufall, dass mich sowohl kleine wie große Uhren seit vielen Jahren begeistern und seit nun schon über 20 Jahren beruflich begleiten. Mechanische Uhren hatten schon immer eine besondere Bedeutung, sie sind das Sinnbild für Zeit und den Moment.

I have a special fondness for beautiful, unusual things, I am fascinated by filigree technology and I love strong contrasts. Intensive colors and the different haptics of surfaces magically attract me. Nevertheless, I also love the restraint, the straight lines, the plain simplicity. In my many years as a freelance designer of high-quality interiors, I deal with giving rooms a very special character every day. This always happens through things that are impressive, timeless, valuable and above all unique. And that is exactly why these are the standards according to which a Conelly Design grandfather clock is also manufactured.
